Does Web Messaging provide Notifications?

In that discussion, Marc states that with WebMessaging: "There is no notification system as yet as you can see, but that is also in development to be a standard feature in the first half of this year"

It is now mid year 2023. I am wondering, was this notification system for Web Messaging that Marc mentions released yet? Is it now available?
