DTMF via Architect

I've read the previous posts that "send DTMF" within Architect is not possible, as their is no user engaged on the interaction while in Architect. Has this changed or is there a way in which to have Architect respond by sending DTMF an active application while in IVR?

We have a client that will have users pick up a phone and when the device connects, the customer device will send DTMF tones. That entry will be referenced across a datatable and a response to the device from Architect using DTMF will verify the device.

Is this possible?

Hello,

No, it is still not possible to send DTMF (RTP NTEs - Named Telephone Events) from an Architect flow.
There's been a similar question recently.

If your customer device can also detect DTMF audio tones (DTMF tones as part of the audio stream), you could maybe try to upload them as prompts and play them from Architect. I don't know if that would work fine or not - not having tried such.
