Duplicate conversations related to Query for conversation details endpoint

Hi @tim.smith ,
When I used https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-analytics-conversations-details-query it returned duplicated records with below Request body on 23r December 2023

Below are my queries.
1)Can you let me know why duplicate records are returned on 23rd December 2023.
2)When I queried results for same conversation on 27th December it only returned one record. It is combination of data returned on 23rd December 2023. So why are these kinds of data discrepancy happened.

Hi @tim.smith ,
opened a case with Genesys and had a call as well and showed the issue to Genesys team.
They told will check with Dev Team and waiting for their update.
