Dynamic menus via web services data action

A customer has a CRM with customer products/entitlements. It's easy enough to ID the customer and retrieve the products and entitlements to show in a script, but they'd like to use a dynamic IVR that only presents the products that an individual customer owns. For instance, if they have a homeowner's insurance policy and an auto policy, they don't want to offer the menus for motorcycle policy, boat policy, renter's insurance, etc.

It seems like it would take a data action to build an array of products, and then build an architect flow that offers only enough options to present those that they have.

Can anyone offer suggestions on how to accomplish this?
