Is it possible to modify the text of the web chat header on the V2 version of the Genesys Web Chat?

I have also attempted to work around modifying the text with JavaScript with no luck.

Hey John,

Thanks much. Upon making those changes I notice the header did change but now the chat will not initiate after pressing start chat. Any suggestions?
