Elements of genesys cloud embedded framework softphone not read by selenium webdriver in laster version of chorme v93

Hello,

I am not able to read elements of GenesysCloud embedded framework softphone by selenium webdriver. I face this issue with latest version of chrome browser v93. if we downgrade to 91 its working. Can any body help me in this why this is happening.

Does Genesys allow to perform automation on softphone?

Hi Vishal,

We do not prevent automation on the softphone. The issue is really between the browser and selenium. I am going to forward this post to our testing team to see if they have comments, but unfortunately, this is not an API issue so the ability to help here is going to be limited.
