I want to send this response to email as a auto reply.

But I am getting this message in email in unaligned format, please let me know Is they any expression available in Genesys to format this response or Is there any way to align the response?

It looks like this is the textBody of an email that is 'supposed' to look like this. Is there a htmlBody available in the API response? Otherwise you might wanna reply \n with
. (e.g. nl2br() in PHP).
