Embeddable framework - buttons alongside 'interaction log'?

Hey all, relatively new to Genesys' embeddable framework and have what I hope is a simple question (my googling/documentation digging hasn't led me to an aswer yet):

  1. What are the buttons alongside interaction item in the softphone UI called? (see the phone, pencil, and document icons to the right of the interaction log). I think(?) the pencil is the 'call log' trigger, but in various screenshots I've seen a document icon, user icon, etc, and am wondering what the others correspond to.

  1. Is there any flexibility to customize these buttons and/or add new ones? For instance I was hoping to add a button redirect the agent to the inbound caller's/outbound target's client detail page (likely by sending a postMessage to the surrounding app so it could respond with a client-side router redirect).
