Does anyone have any thoughts on this one?
2 minutes seemed like a reasonable compromise between allowing agents to finalize their work and keeping the conversation roster from growing potentially unbounded; and IIRC was what was used in the CIC integrations to Salesforce for quite some time.
This timer is not configurable in the client; it is hard coded at 2 minutes, and I'd have a hard time prioritizing the development effort to change that over some of the other things we're looking at for the embedded clients in the coming months.
