Embedded framework not accessible

Hello ,

we are build an integration using Genesys embeddable framework with Genesys regionalized iframe URL. In that we have been facing an error(PFA below)

we have provided with the necessary permissions for accessing the embeddable framework.

Can someone please help in this on what exactly may the issue here? That will be super helpful to us.
