Does it possible to give a customer option to "end" the session, like Agent have "disconnect" button.
The main idea is to complete the interaction during waiting in the queue or conversation with bot.
Not to close the window with the "x" button" and leave the conversation live for the 72 hours (or other value that can be defined in the "Threading Timeline"), but "complete the interaction?
