Enforcing an agent to fill in script after processing email

Hi everyone,

After processing an email an agent must provide some data. For this we have created a script with some mandatory fields. However we noticed that it is possible for an agent to ignore the script, choose a wrapup code and closing the interaction, without filling in those mandatory fields.

Is it possible to make it impossible for the agent to close the interaction without filling in all the mandatory fields?
