I'm trying to configure the purecloud connector for salesforce to sync outgoing campaigns. As a first step, the connector requires that the options of the purecloud campaigns be retrieved, but when you hit the "retrieve options" button, it always stays in the last step, at least according to the documentation, the point "retrieved the Purecloud is missing Divisions "does not appear and stays in the spinner ....

If I look at the error in the Javascript console, it appears in the file PCCampaignSettings.js, line 335 (function "populatePicklistValues"):
Also on the Salesforce page itself it shows this message, in the footer:

What could be failing?
