Estimated Wait Time calculation & Skills

Hi,
By using new API for Estimated Wait Time calculation GET /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/mediatypes/{mediaType}/estimatedwaittime

The response always returns "BEST" for the formula, regardless of the Evaluation Method configured for the Queue. Can you please check this? Also, can you tell us if and how Evaluation Method affects Estimated Wait Time calculation?
