Estimated wait time in webchat widget

Is there any way to display the estimated wait time in webchat widget?

Hey Camilogg192,

We just recently implemented EWT in the web chat widget version 2 and it is working well so far. We are using the Get Estimated Wait Time data action (should be available in your Purecloud Data Actions integration) and call this action at some point in your chat flow. Make sure that you have the proper roles and divisions assigned to the Purecloud Data Actions OAuth client. We ran into a problem where the EWT data action kept returning a permission error. I had the right roles assigned to the OAuth client but it turned out that I didn't have the right division assigned. Once we updated that, it has worked properly.
