Event handling in a script

Hello,

our customer has the requirement that a own page/tab in Script is only showing when call is ended and ACW time is started. As far as I know there is no possibility to listen on a specific call event inside of Script and start a specific action after it. I only know start action after Page loaded.

Does anyone faced such a similar requirement and has a solution for this?

I know I can call a Secured Flow from Script but have no idea how this can help to achieve specific handling aspects inside the Script.

You can build a custom web app and embed it in the script in an iframe. In that page you can use notifications and APIs at your leisure. The script itself is generally not event driven based on conversation events.
