EventBridge is not receiving v2.users.{id}.routingStatus

Hi,

This was working fine till yesterday, however I find unusual behavior from this morning.
When I toggle the off queue button, I was receiving eventbridge notification with routing status which is not the case from this morning.

I am receiving eventbridge notification when I change my user presence.

If the presence is Available, I receive routing status as IDLE else OFF_QUEUE

Can you please clarify on this?
