Our use case requires us to export recordings within ~1 hour of the corresponding call ending. We have followed the example for downloading recordings here. When testing in our developer account, however, we've found that the batch recording request takes about 1 minute per recording to complete. We've tried to make multiple batch requests in parallel, but the recording requests seem to be processed sequentially rather than concurrently.
Should we expect the same behavior in our customers' production accounts? Given that our customers may have many call recordings per minute, it wouldn't be possible to download them in near real time. Is there any way to download a high volume of recordings in near real time?
