We are receiving into our Genesys cloud data action a JWT which contains data points we have a need to be able to extract the data points. We haven't found a way within Genesys to pull the data from the token. Is there a way to decode the token within Genesys or are we limited to leveraging a gateway such as Lamda or Apigee?

We don't have any first class tools to dissect a JWT, however we do have typical string manipulation capabilities. If this is something we can do at the string level give an example of what you have and what you want and people can try to help out.
