Fax Error info even with successful fax

A few months back I would use a conversation error info to determine if a fax was sent successfully. Which worked out, until a bout a few weeks ago when regardless of a successful fax I would get:

  2. additionalProperties: {}

  3. code: "error.ininedgecontrol.ccxml.session.terminated"

  4. message: "A call error has occurred. Please contact support. Details: {text}."

  5. messageParams: {}

  6. messageWithParams: "A call error has occurred. Please contact support. Details: {text}."

I would get this message even if the fax was sent successfully.
so now im not only confused as to why im getting an error but as to how I can distinguished between a successful fax or failed.

Please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate this issue. This sounds like an issue with a microservice/edge, not with how you're using the API.
