Feature deployment schedule

Hi, I hope someone of you can give some more information.
Last week the weekly deployments of new features changes from one day (Wednesday) to a time span of 3 days.

As said on the release notes of Nov. 1st. : Genesys is adjusting the regional deployment schedule for the release of new features. This week’s features will begin to deploy on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. All regions will have these features in production by the end of day on Friday, November 3, 2023 (8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT).

Is there any fixed time or day for the EMEA Frankfurt region to say?

Reason I ask is that we are a 24/7 call center and we sometimes have some interferance during the night from Wednesday on Thursday.
Now I have no clue on when a deployment will take place for our region. As such I cannot judge if interference might have caused by the deployment, nor can I inform stakeholders when something has or will be changed.

There is not a fixed time, just a window for "off hours" per region. That window is determined by the low traffic mark over time for a region, usually the latest hours in the night before normal daytime traffic ramps up.
