Summary: We will be updating the calculation of the DNIS address in analytics.
Impact: This change resolves some instances where DNIS wasn’t being properly carried through on a conversation The values of DNIS are as follows: For outgoing calls originating from PureCloud it will be that number dialed; for internal user to user calls it will be that first number dialed, and for an incoming call originating externally it will be the number used to reach PureCloud, should in most if not all occurrences be a DID number assigned to PureCloud. This change requires edge version 1.0.0.7348 or newer.
