Flow metrics event not triggered

I am subscribed to flow metrics queue through event integration. I am testing this sequence.

  1. caller called in; Routed to sales queue. - a flow event triggered with exit reason as 'Transfer' and type as 'acd'
  2. sales agent picked the call and transfer to support queue. this time no flow events are triggered for transferring to support.

How do I capture the second transfer( blind transfer). Why i am not getting this second event?
