Follow up interactions

Hi,

I have tried searching for this everywhere, but does anyone know if the following or something similar is possible; either in architect or flows etc:

Scenario:
An agent receives an email, for whatever reason they have to forward that email internally before they can answer the customer.

Some days pass by. For some reason the person internally doesn’t reply.

Mail gone, can’t give an answer to the customer = sad customer :frowning:

Is there a way for it to query for a reply, if no reply is received within x amount of time, use the same email forwarded and reroute it back to the queue/use the same email and write an automatic reply back with something like “no reply found”

Or something similar in order to give a reply to customer or chase a response x amount of time after.

Any ideas on this?
