We are a CRM product and built a Genesys Cloud Client App to screen-pop our Customer Profile Page into the agent's desktop via the Interaction Widget concept.
We tend to show a lot of customer data on one screen. Our users are asking if it's possible to collapse the Agent Desktop's left navigation panel so that you get the same real estate as in a Standalone App?
