Is there an API endpoint where we can send a conversationId (for a conversation which we've submitted a GDPR request for) and it returns whether the conversation has indeed been anonymized in Genesys? Our GDPR requests will fail from time to time and we want to routinely verify that all PII is indeed gone from Genesys.

I'm not aware of any such API. One possible solution would be calling GET /api/v2/analytics/conversations/{conversationId}/details and confirming that the participant's PII has been removed or anonymized.
If you would like to see a feature like this added then please submit a feature request in our Aha! platform.
If the conversation isn't anonymized after 14 days then I would suggest creating a ticket with Care.
