General Bot related question

I'm looking for best practices or approach on how to analyze below-mentioned aspects

  1. Did the caller directly ask for agent in middle of bot flow?
  2. Was the Bot Flow interaction after which caller reached live agent?
  3. Which part of the Bot Flow is failure with the user interaction?

I've gone through Bot Performance reports and they seem to be time interval based & not interaction wise so doesn't seem to help my cause. Please advise.
