Geneseys embeddableFramework, script action not working for the interaction

I am using the below endpoint in an iframe. I can perform everything else, script action for the interaction is not working.
I have checked my network two requests are being sent for the script and there is no error in the console, but no popup window is appearing which is defined in the script.

I have tested the Chrome extension, and it's working for that

Need some urgent solution to this, is this some kind of restriction or a bug from Genesys side
