I am trying to setup Genesys Agent Assist,
until the step I am try to setup programs
but under admin \ programs \ program editor
I dont have the transcription engine selection
I tried to read all the documentation and still cant figure out what I done wrong .. it just never shown up
I have sentiment analysist
I have call recording
call transcription
everything under EX license ..
anybody face the issue before ?
