Dear Team,
We have integrated Kore.ai Bot with Genesys Messaging Channel. Followed below steps

Our connection with Kore is successful and integration working fine as expected. We are able to send input variables and Kore is able to receive them on Kore side successfully.
Only problem we are having is, how to get output variables back from Kore.ai to Genesys like Selected intents and custom variables etc ? We are using UUID in case of Voice. But in case of Web Messages, we tried to fetch using session output variables. But it not working. Not sure if we need to set anything on kore side.
Could you pls help ?
