I have a possible future project involving Genesys for some time soon and our owners have asked me to see if this is something Genesys can accomplish. This is only an idea at this point and depending on the information so all I am looking for is a yes Genesys can do this or no Genesys can't do this.
On our website, we offer the ability for our customers to sign up for financing through our website. On this form, we ask the customer to input their information that will be sent off to the finance companies for review. When this gets approved, it goes through a company called Charge After and the approval gets generated into an e-mail that is forwarded into one of our sales queues in Genesys.
We are looking to enhance this process by taking these e-mails and route them to a specific team to handle these.
We would like to know if Genesys has the capability pull data from this form and route it as we need it to.
There are two methods we are considering for this routing
- Would Genesys be able to use the Store Name on the form and route it to the appropriate queue?
- Would Genesys be able to use the Zip Code on the form and route it to the appropriate queue?
