Genesys is providing free Browser extension for Genesys Cloud.
We would like to know if Genesys is making the source code available to allow customizations as need by our Genesys customers? The customization request is not generic and more specific to Genesys customer we support. More over, we could submit enhancement / new feature request, but I am sure they would be in a queue and tended to based on voting / Geneys Priority. Our client has the need now and that is the reason we would like to know if we can help our Genesys customer with customization done by us.
We tried to search for source code, but couldn't find any.
