Genesys Cloud CLI version 116.0.0

If I download the lasted version of GC.EXE version 116.0.0 and run it I got Access is denied. working fine in version 111.1.0

gc version
Current version: 111.1.0
A new version of the CLI is available: 116.0.0

Not an answer but I downloaded latest (Unblocked .exe as always downloads blocked) and tried.
It was working for me so I don't think its a Genesys version issue?

You should check on windows forum.
Things like this: cmd access denied
