Genesys Cloud CX from Genesys and Salesforce

we are struggling to populate associated leads within salesforce when customer calls and there is an associated lead exists.

The expected behavior: when a customer calls which has an existing lead, it should open that lead along with customer details, it can be as part of one page or two pages.

Could anyone please confirm how we can achieve this behavior.
