Genesys Cloud Embeddable redirected too many times

We have developed an integration for Freshdesk using the Genesys Cloud Embeddable. It works for us and for most of the customers who use it. A new customer has an issue for some of the agents that try to load the embeddable. After trying to sign in, the app displays a loading icon which flickers. Indication some sort of page reload happening.

After a while they get the error notification ""The app you are trying to access redirected too many times".

The users have the required permission to use the Freshdesk integration. Otherwise they would get a different error. It does work correctly for some other users. It is unclear what the difference between those users is and what is causing this behavior.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a trace of the network logs from the Browser's development tools? If you check the "Preserve Logs" option in Chrome's development tools then we might be able to look at the redirects that are occurring to figure out why it is in a redirect loop.
