Genesys Cloud for Salesforce setting - Auto Open Client for After-Call Work

Just wondering if anyone can help, we installed Genesys Cloud for Salesforce plugin and when trying to set contact center, there's a setting named Auto Open Client for After-Call Work

If anyone ever use this setting ? I tested set this setting enabled/disabled but doesnt give any difference.

Appreciate for any advise.
