Just to give you ideas or to contact them - one of our AppFoundry partners has an integration with Zoho CRM that they sell through our marketplace - Zoho CRM Connector.
Their integration allows having Genesys Cloud capabilities inside the Zoho CRM webapp.
This is leveraging our Embeddable Framework, adding their expertise and features for Zoho on top of this.
