Hi. There is a Genesys Cloud Voice usage report which can be downloaded right from the Genesys website.
We would like to automate downloading those reports on a regular basis. Is there a way to do it? Is there an API method for that? Or at least a group of API methods which can be used to get the same data?
Mainly weare interested in all the columns present in that report, like:
SIP Call ID, Origin, Destination, Duration, Adjusted duration, Total cost and so on.
