Does anyone know how to pass UUI data to Genesys cloud Voice?
We have a customer that wants to use Genesys Voice with our IVR (they don't want BYOC). The call will initiate from Genesys and will come to our IVR and will be sent back to Genesys as the agents are in Genesys. We want to pass UUI back to Genesys for the agents to have some context on what transpired in the IVR.
