Genesys Dialog Engine Bot in secure flows

Hello, I have a question,
Why is it not possible to invoke a genesys dialog engine bot from a secure flow? is it because Genesys dialog engine bots are not PCI compliant? Or because there is still no PCI certification for this functionality?
