Genesys HRIS Integration Not Transacting for ADP

We have completed the required workflows as documented this HRIS blueprint: https://developer.genesys.cloud/blueprints/wfm-hris-blueprint/

The individual Workflows, when invoked from API explorer are returning the data required for the Integration. We have followed the schema as we understand it from the Bamboo blueprint in GitHub, but without an actual schema for the HRIS Integration module, we do not know how to troubleshoot it. Currently, the Integration is active but not returning any information for an agent selected in the WFM module for any activity codes. We would like to have someone help us debug the Integration so that we can determine where the break in the Workflow is happening.

Is the agent associated with an HRIS? If you're not setting agents to automatically sync in the integration you'll need to manually set the agents HRIS under the MU > Agents. Override the agent ID and manually enter the HRIS agent ID. Then when the agent goes to check balance the ID is passed to the HRIS.
