Genesys PureCloud versions

We have a .Net Windows Service and the API calls we’re making is built on version 159.0.0 of Genesys PureCloud which was released in Oct 2022, however that is now up to version 168.0.0 which was released by Genesys last week.

I’ve not been able to find anything across documentation and resource pages within Genesys resource sites to advise on length of time each version of PureCloud is supported for, when EOL dates are reached and any recommendations around keeping current i.e. within X versions to ensure a) latest functionality is being used/adopted and b) latest security is being adopted

Please can you advise on?

While the SDK is intended to be forward compatible, patches will only be released to the latest version. For these reasons, it is strongly recommended that all applications using this SDK are kept up to date and use the latest version of the SDK.
