Genesys Web Messaging Info Collection Form

We currently use a digital bot in our web message platform to collect names, company names, and the user's description of their issues by using slots. However, the clients keep ignoring most of the fields and acting like the bot is a real person which slows down our workflow considerably.

I'm wondering if there's any way to have the web messenger prompt a form that the client must fill out before it sends the interaction to the queue.

This is not currently productized, you would have to build that form on the web page, and then trigger Messenger once submitted. We have future improvements under consideration, to simplify User qualification.
