Get a survey link by API

Hello guys,

Is there any API that returns survey.link (customerSurveyUrl)?

Example: with the conversation id / form id, obtain the survey link, without a quality policy and survey-type flow being activated.

Hello,

It is possible at this time. The Genesys Survey (and its url) is created after the conversation is ended, when the Architect Survey flow is triggered.

There is a Genesys Cloud Idea (feature request) which appears to be about creating a web survey via API. This could fit what you are trying to achieve. You can vote for this idea CESVY-I-27 .
