Get Calls Abandoned By Agent

Hello, I would like to know if there's any way of getting the number of calls abandoned by an specific agent, and if the have the possibility of abandoning calls.

If you're configured for forced-answer there is no such thing as abandoning at the agent.
If answering is optional for agents the calls are not considered abandoned, they're tNotResponding and the calls go back into queue and the agent is moved to "Not Responding".
If they're accepting the call and immediately hanging up they'd be in tShortAbandons assuming it's been configured.
