Get conversation client-bot in bot flow

Hi Team,

After opening the following case in genesys 0003391424, colleagues direct me to this forum, I explain the scenario.

Our client needs that when the call is established in a botflow, after performing some operations, we make a call to the salesforce API attaching the client/bot conversation to open a case in salesforce with this information.

Is it possible to call some point of the API with the established conversation, passing the interactionid as input and returning the conversation established between the bot and the client?
