Get interaction id in the chat end event

Is there any way to get the interaction id / conversation id in the chat end event ? If not what is the other way ? We have a customer rating form which we want to link with purecloud interaction, without interaction id we are not able to proceed with the integration.

I assume you're referring to the guest side of ACD web chat? If so, you cannot access the conversation ID from the guest side. A better approach might be to provide an ID from the external system as data when creating the chat. Then an integration on the agent side or a service you host can access the participant attributes from the conversation and take the necessary steps to link the conversation ID in the external system.
