Many agents are facing issue with purecloud. They are automatically getting logged out of purecloud or there status automatically change from onqueue to available.
Can anyone pne tell me why is this happening.
The users are using SSO for getting logged on to purecloud.
In order to fully identify and investigate what's causing the sudden logout please open a ticket with Genesys Cloud Care. They could access org-specific info that may help resolve the issue.
