Get talking time (transfer)

Hi team,

I want to get talking time by metric "tTalk".
In following operation, can I get talking time which include after transfer?
In other words, can I get No3's talking time?

No1.customer call Genesys and talk with operater1
No2.operater transfer call to operater2
No3.customer talk with operater2

In AVAYA, I can get only No1's talking time by AVAYA's data.
So I want to know this information.

The POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query should give you the metrics required in the particular segment of the conversation relating to No3. You can read more about it here
