Does Genesys have any api to get the transcript between user and agent only (exclude bot)?
I checked this GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings
get all chat message include bot and live agent? Do I have any option to get message between user and agent?
Morething, can genesys have any option to push the transcript automatically onto AWS S3?

Recordings are the only way to access a chat's historical transcript.
